What a name. Almost as tricky to pull together as Bugaku. But, I also got to work a bit more with goat style legs. Anyway, this guy is the arch enemy of Ashwaraj. And, per usual, that's the extent of my knowledge.

Bent the legs back and sculpted up the full lower legs with hooves. Sculpted up the cape, skirt section, bracelets, and bulked up the body a little bit. Added to the face a little bit, and sculpted on all the hair. Full repaint, and all done!
