It's actually weird to consider this guy to be an obscure pull when he's a fairly prominent Superman villain. Just forgettable really. But, it's cool to get to work on him. Some diversity in Superman's rogues gallery.

Upper torso, arms, and upper legs were from Hyperion. Lower torso and lower legs were from Wonder Man. Head was from Rage. Swapped everything out, gave him a full repaint, and all done!
