Sigma from Megaman X. This is actually my first attempt at a custom figure, I repainted a Batman Hellbat figure for a robotic body, the claws and pointy elements fit the villain look. I then removed the bat emblem and filled it in with green stuff, scuplted extra spikes, and finally swapped in a big headed chibi Sigma figure head. The sword is Yoshimitsu's, the cape is magneto's.
