This was another fun one to revisit. I really like Jay Garrick, and love the classic JSA. And I appreciate how the CW shows have been letting John Wesley Shipp be Jay Garrick consistently. Honoring him as the original Flash.

Head was from a BossFight male blank with the hair and helmet sculpted on. Belt was from Captain America. Also sculpted up the wing bits on his boots. Full repaint, and all done!
