Apparently, this one's a pretty controversial DC character. That's just about all I saw when I looked her up. But, more annoyingly, she lacks a consistent character design. But, in the end, I found something to work with and managed to pull together a solid design for her.

Sculpted on the hair, leg pouch, upper torso, and gloves. Sheath on her back was random. Think it might have been from a Hobbit figure. And topped off with a couple random knives. Full repaint, and all done!
