I had this "broken" Jango Fett Unleashed figure sitting around in my fodder bin for a while. Not actually broken, it was just missing pieces, which wasn't a big deal. I really like the Unleashed statues, they're detailed and affordable, so I decided use this one to make a custom Mandalorian. After some thought, I decided to keep a previous project I did and make it into a Mauldalorian from the Clone Wars series. The first thing I did was fill in the missing parts. The right leg was given new pouches to fill a gap, the figure was given a field pack and the helmet antenna was trimmed. Following that, the whole figure was repainted, the bodysuit grey, armor red and black and the pouches given better detail. Everything was then weathered to make it look worn. The base was some random base from the fodder bin as well. It was hit with various modeling foilage and such to make it look like more fauna-like than some basic, plain base. Finally, everything was sealed to help protect the paint. Overall figure is about 5.5 inches tall, about 6 inches wide by base and about 8 inches from the tip of the blaster to the opposite hand. ![]() |
