Finally adding Dazzler to my personal collection.
This is the 2nd I've done her but this time I opted with the jacket look.
You can check out the first version I did for a fellow collector here

For Dazzler, I used a Capt. Marvel figure, and I resculpted the hair and added the details using putty. Hand painted the figure overall.
