Back in the 40s, Marvel had a big thing about making their heroes fight Nazis. But they didn't really create tons of villains surprisingly. Most of those were retroactive when they started to tell Invaders stories. Like how Gotteskrieger here is considered one of their old foes, but didn't debut until 1990.

Head was from a BossFight male blank, completely resculpted. Upper legs were from Ryu, with lower legs from Starlord. Sculpted up the shirt, sleeves, skirt section, belt, strap across the chest, collar, and the full cape. Cut down a dowel rod for the staff, a full repaint, and all done!
