My own take on Samurai Armor from the 90's cartoon Iron Man. I didn't like that the movie figures didn't have fists so I replaced them with fists from an extra Transformers Armada Jetfire (already had been chopped for parts). This allows him to hold all sorts of weapons, but right now I've added swords from a dollar store ninja, painted. The shoulder pads and backpack are actually leg shields, split into two pieces from a She-Dragon figure from the 5" Savage Dragon line (got her on sale at a 'con for fodder). His left arm gauntlet sai holder is the boot cuff from a Batman TAS Nightwing figure, I think (part of a leftover a website lot).

The story behind this figure: I wondered what might happen if Tony was somehow transported back in time to feudal Japan via Dr. Doom's time platform, how could he fend for himself? The armor actually isn't fully powered, but is lightweight, flexible, yet tough enough to withstand most samurai steel.
