Agent Kallus was a major antagonist in Star Wars Rebels, and was a part of the ISB.
After losing hope that Hasbro would ever do any of the Rebels villains, I started looking for kits online, and saw Frederix figures on instagram with a version of his own, and I knew I had to give it a try.
Recipe is a Death Star Commander with Director Krennic's legs, and a Scottacus "Security Agent" Kit.
