Here is Spigot, one of the "Pranksters", the new enemy of COPS n Crooks that never made it past preproduction. I attach one of the dealers catalogues where the prototype appears. I got a COPS n Crooks figure, and modified extensively. Most complicated was his two bazookas. Mask is removable.  Please wait... |
