Here is Hound Dog, yet another unproduced character from COPS n Crooks (I put GI Joe in collection as is the closest thing). Most complicated was doing his strange harness weapon with molten plastic, and his removable helmet. It seems Hasbro had well prepared the next wave, judging by the amount of prototypes ready.
