Here another MOTU custom, Bronze King Grayskull! yes, this exists as an original issue by Mattel, but it is so limited that each copy is about 500$, hence I did this custom casting parts from Spirit King Grayskull which I specially bought for this (bonus I got to have a very cool figure!).

This pushed my moulding and casting skills to a higher level, I was very satisfied of the result.

The original figure varies quite a bit in it's colours, some are a bit dull, custom making it I assure that it was spot on.

The Metallic effects over the figure are well done! Can you tell which parts you had to re-cast, and which type of resin did you use to make? (Apoxie? Urethane?) I'm looking for information to do something similar to some figure parts in the future.

Many thanks

. I casted head, cloak, all weapons, boot, feet, loincloth, and I can't remember if forearms as well. I used molten plastic, something tricky if you don't know how. Be careful with resins and liquid silicones, as they are very toxic. For making moulds, I recommend any non liquid silicone rubber, like two component one, which is far less toxic, like the ones dentists use.
