I came across Bile in a compilation of Venom and Carnage about year ago.
His first appearance was in a Marvel Year-In-Review '93#5 (Dec. 1993)
December 2021 was when I finished it.

Bile is listed as a cannibalistic madman with the proportionate strength of a spider thanks to his symbiote and the grotesque eating habits of a spider thanks to his insanity.

Bile appeared in an article discussing the increasing deployment of villains as the stars of stories, and in particular villains who were extreme versions of the heroes they faced. The article then speculated how the trend might continue. Thus, if Spider-Man was good, Venom was better, Carnage even better, and the hypothetical Bile was best. Though tongue-in-cheek, there's nothing that would prevent him existing in 616.
