This is Muckman, a character created for one of the new MOTUC minicomics. Apparently, with some loose intention of translating them into action figures or expand as series, sadly the thing never got going.

Some of them were very good, like this one, Muckman. Sounds a fun idea! name might be a bit plagiaristic of the TMNT character ,but the design is cool. I did him with a super7 man e faces (yes, probably a bad choice, but had nothing better at the time) with some sculpted head, weapon and extras.
