My mission this year is to start really checking off boxes when it comes to figures. So, I'm really focusing on specific sets and series', trying to finish everything I was aiming for and moving on. Among those was the one off Fantastic Four tribute team from Image Comics, Mystery Incorporated! Crystal Man served as the counterpart to Mr Fantastic. While other characters have pretty direct variants based on powers, the Mr Fantastic variant always seems to prioritize the brilliance. Although Crystal Man can shapeshift.

Head was from Destro, lightly resculpted. Shield was entirely sculpted, and a good bit of the body, as well. I redid some areas to look more smooth-edged than rounded, and sculpted up a bunch of crystal spike sections. I don't care too much for clear colors, but a coat of clear red here added something of a crystalline hue in areas. Full repaint, and all done!
