This is Sidewinder, a rather obscure member of the Serpent Society. Very cool and different to the rest of the group, a breeze of fresh air in my opinion :) .

Anyway, I followed a comic art which showed him very muscular, and hence I thought an old DCUC would be perfect for the job. I used many parts from here and there, Aquaman, Brainiac, Dr.Midnite, etc. Most difficult was sculpting the head and the cowl.
