Like some of my other custom Dreadnoks, the figure used as a base is a G.I. Joe Classified Zartan. The head swap is interesting on this one. I had a hard time finding a head sculpt with the classic Thrasher pompadour haircut. I settled on a Ray Stantz (Dan Akroyd - Ghostbusters) head and repainted it to give it more of a resemblance to Thrasher. The chest piece swap is a re-paint of a WWE Warlord shoulder pad piece. I also repainted some areas of the legs.

Finally, I had to custom-create his weapon (what is that thing, anyway? A spiked club made out of a lacrosse stick?) using a handle I broke off of an old mini-paintbrush, a cut and bent paper clip, a ball bearing, and some extra paper clip clippings for the "spikes". This figure took more "engineering" than most. I hope you enjoy it!

My final Dreadnok custom will be Monkeywrench (already in production.) I decided to hold off on a Zarana figure as I've heard rumors that she will be part of a wave of releases sometime in the next year or so.
