This is Keclar, the leader of the Council of Elders in UK comics :) . Based on the excellent artwork by Gbagok. A challenging custom, I had to make his sleeves out of sculpted rubber, in order to allow articulation and look good at the same time. Weapon made out of molten plastic, painted foamy for most of his garments.
