This custom was made before Disney bought the Star Wars license, when the Death Trooper was a zombie storm trooper from the now non-canon novel of the same name. This is based on the Gentle Giant bust. Started with a walmart 2 pack movie Cyclops figure, which is pretty much the Toy Biz Bullseye buck. This was before the Black Series so the helmet & some bits of armor are from a Hasbro Force Unleashed non-articulated Stormtrooper figure. Most of the armor is hand sculpted as closely to the source material as I could. The head is completely hand sculpted. The helmet was not removable from the original figure so I hollowed it out with the dremel & carefully cut out part of the face. Made that part removable by adding a couple bits of package tie into the face part as pegs & drilled two small holes in helmet to fit. The gore accessory is a glob of latex painted clear red. Fully painted the armor & there you have it!
