This time I made a custom of Guru, a character from the anime called in portuguese "As Aventuras de Cacá", in the English dub he is known as Jumbo and Cacá is called Kum-kum, the anime was called Kum-Kum. I remember watching it as a kid in the 80's. I loved watching it.

Well, for a long time I looked for a base to make a Guru figure, as I never found anything similar, I ended up giving up, but as time passed I finally found a good base to make him, which is Sulley from the Monsters Inc. released by Mattel, that has decent articulation and size.

I know that most people here (or everyone) will not know this character. Well to put it in to few words, it's a custom figure that is basically a giant fat caveman.

Recipe:
-Base: Sulley, manufactured by Mattel
-Hands and legs: Plastic doll. It was from a fat baby, because it needed really fat hands and feet, so they fit like a glove.
-The clothes were made with a furry cloth that I bought cheaply on the internet, sewn by my mom, and I sculpted what was needed with epoxi clay.
-All painted with acrylic paint and then I applied a layer of matte varnish.
