Vostok was once human, but his body was transformed into something mechanical due to alien technology. He joined the Supreme Soviets, and is now a member of the Winter Guard.
I know what you're thinking, he's just Silver Surfer with some clothes on! Not quite, I made some mods to differentiate them. I added ears, coloured the eyes, and slightly lowered the head on the neck peg. As for the costume and boot heels, they're made from fodder and plastic. Thanks for looking, and feel free to comment.
