Spring Heeled Jack is a folktale from Victorian London, England. He was a mysterious man who could supposedly leap great distances, wore some kind of helmet, hand spring-like contraptions on his shoes, and could breath fire.
He terrorized men and women late at night and always bounded away.
This figure brings the legend to life. He was made from a Marvel legends Morlun, with a Namor head. He has springs attached to his shoes and a spreadable black cape attached to his arms and back.
