This one was a fun one to do. This is Mario from the SNES game Mario Paint. I boiled and popped off the head and hands, and replaced the closed hands with open ones. I removed the hat, filed down the head peg a bit and superglued it on sideways. The rest is just posterboard cut up accordingly and paint added on. I used my sanding tool on my dremel to round off the edges, as I found that much easier than scissors.
