Knew the new AOA sabertooth body was gonna be good for some customs. First up is a better height for Warpath ! I can finally replace my old 2 pack Xmen Warpath!

Boiled and popped off those wrist bands. Sanded down hair on shoulder/shirt parts. Used dremel to get rid of metal part of AOA right hand. Stole some of the old parts off the 2 pack Warpath. Including his hair ! Hair swapped over to the giant Eddie Brock head. Finally found a use for it !

Painted the base with testors flat black. Then carefully citadel (kantor blue) over that. Added the red parts (citadel mephisto red) and finally some nice gold (testors metallic gold) Mixed my own light browns for skin tone paint. After handling some of my older customs (in photos below) I can honestly say Testors has the best seal to it. The figures hold up really well.

Very happy to replace my old Xmen Warpath with someone who stands as tall as Colossus and taller than my custom Cable. Might have to upgrade my Xforce Warpath, and also my Uncanny Xforce custom may need to use this body as well. Ugh... lots of work to do. Thanks for looking !
