Swapped the head for Professor Xavier hands with Genis Vell, belt from Night Thrasher and added a Modified bandolier from Longshot. Quiver is Kate Bishop's and bow is from Danni Moonstar. I think the arrow was from a BtVS figure. Used craft foam for the head fin and sculpted the arm details.
