I really like making the Phantom here. I've altered him a bit each time, and actually end up liking him more with each alteration. Although this time I think I've found my defacto approach. I'll probably finally stick with this one. Removed the tie and resculpted whatever that thing is called. Head was a cast from StarWarsGeek. From there, a full repaint, and all finished up!
