Spartan 314 is a ONI headhunter, used in classified missions.
Part of Black team, Spartan 314 was initially a Spartan III, but pulled after training for missions that most would consider distasteful.

Recipe: Jazware White Spartan
Primed black, then sprayed molotov chrome, then used a black tint over the chrome to get a metallic black look.
Used red tint on his visor to get red metallic look.
Chrome and red tint on light sources of body.
Custom bronze and black for the various highlights on body.
Gun: black wash, and painted black and red stripe.
Still debating if I’m going to seal it with gloss or not.
