Base Figure: Star Wars Black Series Han Solo (Hoth)

This one wasn't very extensive. Replaced the head with a Marvel Legends Red Guardian (repainted hair and beard red.)

Other than that, just a repaint of some areas of the body and added an assualt rifle from my bits box. Quick and easy!
