Base figure: G.I.Joe Classified Zartan.

Swapped out a head I purchased online. Painted it up, adding a red bandana, and created a pair of sunglasses for the head. Removed Zartan's chest plate and replaced it with a WWE Stone Cold Steve Austin vest that I had to paint completely black to cover up the logo and lettering on it. Dry brushed the legs light blue to give a look more like jeans. Added a flamethrower that I purchased online and painted. I'll likely go back and add some details in the future, like a skull shaped pendant with necklace and will probably add a Dreadnoks logo to the back of the vest.
