I was really annoyed by the Duke head that Hasbro gave us, and I made this custom out of necessity, because the Classified figures are so outstanding, but the Joe team needs the leader to be done right as an anchor for the rest. The head is a Retro Norman Osborn with some carving, sculpt added and repainted. The whole body is repainted and I gave him the trademark Duke orange shoulder stripes. Took the gloves off because not using gloves is part of Duke's character. Got rid of the god awful shin guards and sculpted my own. Really, what was Hasbro thinking? I hope you enjoy him.
