Base figure: G.I.Joe Classified Zartan

Swapped head with a cast that I purchased from Ebay and painted it to resemble Zandar. Removed Zartan's chest armor and cut away shoulder pads, which I re-painted blue and re-attached to the figure. Re-painted Zartan's neck bandana pink.

Re-painted pants gray and leg armor gold. Added a belt from Marvel Legends Rock Python. Removed knife from Zartan's belt and attached knife with a re-painted sheath to new belt that I re-painted gold. Added a re-painted crossbow from a G.I.Joe Classified Beach Head figure.

Added appropriate color washes where needed.

I'll aim to find a suitable quiver to attach to the figure's back when I come across the right piece.
