Ysanne Isard was born to a wealthy family on Coruscant where her father was the Director of the Bureau of Intelligence for the Galactic Senate. She would later serve as the head of Imperial Intelligence during the Galactic Civil War and eventually rose to power after the death of Palpatine in 4 ABY.

I never really got in to the Expanded Universe stuff back in the day, so I can't say I've read much with her in it, but as soon as I saw the Power Rangers with the skirts, I thought some modifications could make for a decent female Imperial Officer and wanted to give it a try, and I'd bought an enlarged head cast of the 3.75 Isard figure, so I had it readily available for the effort. So with some sculpted work on the torso, a badge from Krennic, the lower arms of Jynn Erso, and some sanded down boots, I think she turned out pretty well. I've no idea why Hasbro hasn't made at least one female officer, because as a customizer, I'd be in for a penny, in for a pound, and I'm sure I'm not alone in that regard.

But for now, I think this is a decent enough place holder until that day, and plan on making a few more female Imps before I'm done.
