This is Dllr Nep from the X-wing: Rogue Squadron comics. This one was really just a head swap and some painting. I boiled and popped the figure to take it apart and prep for painting. After painting was done, I reassembled the figure, but left the skirt part out. Without it, there is a small gap at the waist. Instead, I added in a holster to hide the gap. Lastly I attached the head, which fit with no modification. The head was a tad loose, so I put some tacky material inside. The head still "pops" when you put it on, I put just enough to tighten it up.
