Made this from Some ramdom toy parts, Skulls and some dollar store weapons with 1" foam board and some paint. After that it was cut and glue.

Love this!! I need to make one for my MK Spawn.
I am in the process of tweaking the face sculpt a little to make it look more like the Movies.
And Commando him up.
