Minor repainting and adjustments of parts on my Disney Marvel Select Loki. I know this look is supposed to be his nowadays comic rendition, but the metalic teal & gold were giving me some unecessary Aquaman vibes from him. So I gave it a black wash and a silver drybrush, just to give it a more toned down look. He came with some tiny little feet that gave him no balance, and a pair of left ones for that matter! So I gave him some new ones from a Marvel Select Venom. Now he won't be shelf diving anytime soon. He has single jointed arms that barely do a 90° degree pose, so I had to cut a bit of his biceps to make it do so. I also cut his hair a little, so he can look up. The new Loki also has his neck exposed, and while it does look good, it completly denies any possibility to have another classic headsculpt with an older Loki with his balaclava on. So I painted his neck in black, so that in the future, I may give him a classic, uglier headsculpt. Overall, this is a great figure, with some great accessories at that, but with some terrible QC issues. Need some work, but it's all very worth it! ![]() |
