Salacious Crumb, the Kowakian monkey-lizard from the planet Kowak! Best known as the court jester of Jabba the Hutt!

I've made a few Crumbs over the years, but I wanted to try a slightly bigger version. The bust stands 10.5 inches tall and is 9 inches from ear to ear. I've always enjoyed his slightly insane and hysterical vibe and tried to capture that... I sculpted it using Aves Apoxie Sculpt and painted it with Revell and Vallejo model paints. I opted to used a faux-fur for his hair instead of sculpting it and I think that was a good call. I kept the base fairly simple, the stone pilar is a nice contrast to the frantic, organic portrait.
