I took a NECA Doc Brown head, dremeled off the hair, and sculpted the head with Apoxie. The trick was to do it a little at a time, let it set, and continue. For the hair, I popped off the hair piece from McFarlane’s Stranger Things Mike and just glued it on top. Because the figures have different necks, I made a makeshift one from spare parts.
