Wolfgang von Strucker was born in the 19th century to a wealthy family in Germany. He joined those German baddies from WWII, and later Hydra. He's made many enemies along the way, most notably Nick Fury.
This was meant to be a quick custom, basically a kitbash, but took a little longer than expected. The recipe is Vulture head on Red Skull body. I wanted the scar to be prominent and ugly, so I kept tinkering with it. I originally used the Red Skull neck, repainted, but it didn't look right, so I used the Vulture neck, slightly modded. The monocle was made from a clear hairband.
