This Raj Comics character is the ongoing love interest of Doga, their version of the Punisher. Per usual, that's all I know. So, onto creation.

Hair came from an AvacsLab cast. Cut and glued it in place, then sculpted the full mask over it. Heels were modified from Black Widow. Sculpted up the skirt and belt, as well. From there, a full repaint, and all done!
