Big Head was made from a Loki TV series Marvel Legends figure with jacket from Nick Fury. The head is a cast from a group called Night of the Living Geeks. Then it was just a simple repaint!

I like that you call him Big Head killer. I loved that first comic series by Dark Horse. And this is a really great lpkling custom you made. Nice job!
