After being exposed to extra-dimensional energy, Lt. Monica Rambeau gained the ability to manipulate all energies of the electromagnetic spectrum. She has gone by many code-names over the years whilst utilizing these abilities as a crime fighter. Monica has served alongside the Avengers in various incarnations and operated as their leader for a time.

Next up is Monica Rambeau SPECTRUM. I wanted to make her half powered up up so chose to use some translucent fodder pieces blended into the hair.
Thanks where also some monster high fodder parts spliced abd sculpted over then blended.
The body is spectrum with modified upper.
The legs are wasp.
The coat is sculpted using procreate flexible putty.
She is painted with a mix of Tamiya, vallejo air and P3 paints.
