Started by replacing statics head and hands with mr miracles, I then painted him completely black using citadel paints a mixture of black with a little bit of white to not make it too dark and lose body definition, I then sculpted on some ears, attached the wrist blades from an old Batman figure from the fodder bin, the utility belt was also sculpted, I then painted over everything and printed a sticker of the symbol which I then coloured red.
