So I seen another customizer make this custom and though id give it a go. Its not 100 percent comic accurate but I do love the way it turned out. I used a Wonder man body as a base and hydra soldier head. I thought I could save some sculpt by using that head but I was sold on how it looked so I ended up sculpting the glasses anyway. I used a vinyl placemat and I cut off some pouches off a different legends belt to create the belt after some green paint I was all done
