This isn't the first time I made Cap'n Cuttlefish, and I used pretty much the exact same technique as last time, it's an Inkling (Jakks Pacific) with the torso cut in half and re-sculpted to have the hunched posture, then new facial features and stuff are made with apoxie sculpt. His cane is one of those leftover stand thingies from one of my Dr. Halsey figures with a twist tie to be the handkerchief wrapped around it. I almost forgot his head phones, which are just craft foam.
