Kenner made a TNBA Commissioner Gordon that was decent at best. But they never made a BTAS version. I mean he was only in practically every episode. The only problem I had was whixh version to ,ake. At times you saw him in his trenchcoat. Other times he was just wearing his shirt. So I decided to make both in one by having removable tranchcoat & interchangable arms. Under all the sculp work somewhere is a BRAS Two Face. I used the coat from a TNBA Undercover Bruce Wayne. And sets of arms from random JLU figures. The head was also sculpted.
