From Raj Comics, the leader of the Fighter Toads, Master! Straightforward name choice. I will give them this. For being a very direct Ninja Turtles copy, they at least varied the weapons. Computer has an actual computer attached to him, and Master uses an extendable staff. Similar to Donatello, but really the closest of the lineup.

A fully resculpted Puck. Reworked the entire body, sculpted on the belt, cut and resculpted the feet, and resculpted the entire head. Staff was entirely sculpted, as well. Hands were from an old Wolverine figure. Claws removed and hands resculpted a little bit. From there, a full repaint, and all done!
