I had so much fun fixing up the previous Count Nefaria that I was super happy to see another one pop up. I don't really have anything else to say about him since it hasn't been too long, so on to creation.

Upper torso, arms, and upper legs were from Hyperion with the lower legs and lower torso coming from Wonder Man. Cape was from Gladiator, with the front bit cut off. Head was from Kraven with the hair resculpted. Sculpted up the belt, gloves, and chest strap for the cape. Full repaint, and all done!
