Second member of the U-Foes. Little bit of a simpler approach to my first rendition years ago. But, I more directly based his design on the simpler Marvel: Avengers Alliance variant. No way I was going to do all those insane black lines. lol

Head was from Mysterio. Just had to sand it down a little bit. After that, just a basic repaint, and all finished up!
