Had a spare figure with a production error (2 left thighs) so I thought to use it for fodder.
Had some spare bare arms & spare boots & did some swapping around.
Unfortunately it lost the boot cut, as it sheared off the joint so I had to glue it together, everything else is fine though.

Head & Armour pieces: Playmates Shredder with some modding on the gauntlets, replacing the blades at the end to the hands & putting in spikes from another piece of fodder.
Body: 3 Pack Cyclops
Arms: Morbius
Boots: X-Men Deadpool, resculpted to look like wraps on the feet
